Turn a hunch or a half-baked idea into a clear product concept in 6 weeks
A 6-week online lab to turn raw ideas into validated product concepts — with the help of AI. We guide you step by step: from uncovering real user needs to shaping sharp hypotheses and assembling a focused, testable concept. With AI tools at your side, what used to take a full product team is now doable solo.

Who’s behind Insight Lab
Insight Lab is the first step in the Product Creative Lab ecosystem — a space where creators shape ideas into products and join a supportive community of founders.
Since 2023, our labs have been running at LSE campus and online. We’ve designed a safe, collaborative environment where you can explore, test, and move fast — surrounded by like-minded builders.
We host bite-size labs, longer hands-on programmes, and a monthly Pitch Night in London — so you can go from early spark to product and funding, with guidance at every step.

Six guided steps to turn a vague topic into a clear, validated concept — powered by human insight and AI tools.
the Weekly rhythm: Tuesday 19:00 (CET) – live Q&A with a guest expert. Saturday 10:00–13:00 – interactive workshop with the curators.
Between sessions, you’ll use AI to explore data, craft artefacts, and prepare your next step.

Product Creative Lab Curators
Our curators are practitioners, not lecturers. They spend their days building products, validating ideas with real users, and running live growth experiments. Now they’re here to pass on that field-tested experience — helping you focus on what matters, showing concrete ways forward, and backing you at every step of your journey.

She has supported leaders across industries through career pivots, team changes, and high-pressure growth. At the Lab, she helps you build emotional resilience, manage uncertainty, and grow the mindset you need to move from idea to execution — with clarity and confidence.

At Johnson & Johnson, he launched healthtech ventures and built strategic alliances that transformed patient access and care delivery. A Sloan Fellow at London Business School, George blends strategy, healthcare innovation, and human-centered design. At the Lab, he helps participants sharpen their thinking and test bold ideas in real-world conditions.

What if I don’t have a clear idea yet?
No problem. Insight Lab exists to turn a loose theme or hunch into a testable concept.

Yes. Plan on 4–6 hours a week: Tuesday evening Q&A, Saturday workshop, plus a bit of self-work.
What happens if I miss a live workshop?
Every session is recorded and shared, and you can post questions in the cohort chat to get curator feedback.
What should I do after my concept is ready?
Either move into our Launch Lab—run switch tests and build an MVP with guidance, or test and build on your own, then apply to our monthly Pitch Night to present to investors.
